Job Description - Support Manager

Job Description:


NRG Energy is seeking a part-time Support Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Support Manager, you will play a key role in providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our projects. This position is at a mid-to-senior level and requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee daily support operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. 2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve support services and maximize productivity. 3. Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to address them. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow. 5. Train and mentor support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner. 7. Assist in the development and implementation of support initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction. 8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices.


Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in a support management role. 2. Hardworking and dedicated individual with a strong work ethic. 3. Attention to detail and excellent project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Experience in the energy industry is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
