Job Description - Support Manager - Work from home


Job description: As a Support Manager at Lowe’s, you will be responsible for managing a team of remote workers in the Toronto area. Your primary role will be to provide support, guidance, and direction to ensure the team meets their goals and delivers exceptional customer service. You will work closely with other departments to address any issues that arise and implement strategies to improve overall performance.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote workers, providing leadership, support, and guidance as needed. 2. Monitor team performance and provide feedback to help individuals improve. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and efficiency within the team. 4. Work collaboratively with other departments to address customer concerns and find solutions. 5. Create and maintain reports on team performance and metrics. 6. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations. 7. Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training new team members as needed. 8. Maintain a positive and supportive work environment for all team members.


Requirements: 1. 7 years of experience in a supervisory or management role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational and project management abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 6. Presentation skills to effectively communicate with team members and senior management. 7. Must reside in Toronto, Ontario, CA. 8. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
