Support Representative

Job Description:

Archer Daniels Midland is seeking a motivated and reliable Support Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately 4. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy 5. Assist with general administrative tasks as needed 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer experience 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 3. Strong problem-solving abilities 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills 6. Negotiation skills to handle difficult situations with customers 7. High school diploma or equivalent
