Support Representative

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a part-time Support Representative in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, hardworking, and possess strong project management and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Document all customer interactions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries - Assist with product training and onboarding for new customers - Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes

Requirements: - 1+ years of experience in a customer support role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent
