Support Representative

Job Description:

Loews in Toronto, Ontario is looking for a part-time Support Representative to join our team. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to start their career in customer support.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat support. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues. 4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures. 6. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
