As a Remote Support Representative at Lear, located in Toronto, Ontario, CA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to customers remotely. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer support.
Responsibilities: - Resolve customer inquiries and technical issues via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
Requirements: - Reliable and resourceful individual with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation skills to effectively handle customer concerns - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
