Support Representative

Job Description:

Anthem is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role and possess the personality traits of being driven and independent.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently - Educate customers on company products and services - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to lead and motivate team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with CRM software is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent required
