Support Representative

Job Description:

Publix Super Markets is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Support Representative in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level Support Representative, you will play a key role in assisting customers and providing support to various departments within the organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information. 2. Support various departments by handling administrative tasks, organizing files, and assisting with projects as needed. 3. Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency. 4. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by taking initiative and problem-solving independently when necessary. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive working environment. 6. Uphold the company's values and standards while representing Publix Super Markets in a professional manner.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proven leadership abilities and a strong work ethic. 5. Must be driven, energetic, and able to work effectively as part of a team. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to learn new skills. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications.
