Dover is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Support Representative to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.
As a Support Representative, your responsibilities will include: - Providing excellent customer service and support via phone, email, and chat - Handling customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborating with other team members to resolve customer problems efficiently - Documenting customer interactions and feedback for future reference - Following company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications: - Confidence and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong cooperation and people management skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision - Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
