Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Loblaw Companies is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Support Representative to work from home in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Providing product information and assistance to customers. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. 6. Assisting with the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures. 7. Participating in training and professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience. 2. Strong presentation and people management skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and efficiently from a remote location. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent. 7. Must be dedicated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
