Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Liberty Mutual Insurance Group is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for various software and systems - Document and track customer interactions and resolutions in a CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues - Assist with training and onboarding of new team members - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role - Energetic and confident personality with excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
