Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Masco is seeking a motivated and passionate Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia on a part-time basis. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Document all interactions with clients in our CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and find resolutions - Assist with training and onboarding new clients - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our customers - Participate in regular team meetings and provide feedback on ways to improve customer support processes


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers - Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Motivated and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Experience with CRM systems and ticketing software preferred
