Remote Support Specialist

Job Description:

Seaspan ULC is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to join our dynamic team based in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals who are resourceful, energetic, and have strong communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide remote technical support to internal and external customers - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity - Assist with setting up and configuring remote workstations - Collaborate with IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical problems - Document and track support requests and resolutions in a timely manner - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction with support services - Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices in remote support

Requirements: - 0 years of experience in a similar role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to make quick and effective decisions under pressure - Resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving - Availability to work remotely on a part-time basis - High school diploma or equivalent - A positive attitude and willingness to learn
