Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and confident Support Specialist to join our team at J.P. Morgan Chase in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in person. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. 3. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and resolution of issues. 4. Assist with project management and planning to ensure successful implementation of new initiatives. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to foster a global village mentality and promote a collaborative working environment. 6. Provide training and support to internal teams on new technologies and processes. 7. Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site support. 8. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical support requests.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in a technical support role or similar position. 2. Strong planning and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 6. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred. 7. Passion for technology and helping others.
