Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Travelers Cos. is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing support to our customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess qualities such as adaptability and resilience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with training new team members on company products and procedures - Provide feedback to management on customer concerns and trends - Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement - Handle additional tasks and projects as needed


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills - Adaptable and resilient mindset - Experience with people management and teamwork - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
