Huntington Ingalls Industries is seeking a talented and motivated Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our team and assisting in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to team members, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. 2. Assist in creating and maintaining accurate records and databases. 3. Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and redirecting as necessary. 4. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management. 5. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed. 6. Assist in managing office supplies and equipment, ordering as necessary. 7. Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives. 8. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. 2. Motivated and resilient individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. 3. Excellent research skills and attention to detail. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
