Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Support Specialist to join our team at Fidelity National Financial in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate solutions 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating to the appropriate team if necessary 3. Training customers on how to use our products and services 4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes and drive customer satisfaction 5. Generating reports and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer support role 2. Hardworking and able to work independently 3. Strong innovation and problem-solving skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
