Job Description:
McDonald’s is seeking a dedicated and resilient Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring smooth operations within our restaurants. This part-time entry-level position does not require any previous experience, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the fast-food industry.
Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Provide technical support for restaurant equipment and systems - Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area - Assist with food preparation and service as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations - Conduct daily inventory checks and report any discrepancies - Adhere to all health and safety regulations - Uphold McDonald’s standards of quality and customer service
