Job Description - Support Specialist

Job Description:


Bank of America Corp. is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support to our clients and ensuring smooth operations within the organization.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 2. Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and technical issues. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and ensure seamless communication. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Contribute to the overall success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and sharing insights. 6. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 3. Confident and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills. 4. Strong teamwork and time management skills. 5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
