Job Description - Support Specialist - Work from home

Job description:


CIBC is currently seeking a Support Specialist to work from home in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time, entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, independent, innovative, and cooperative. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to clients of CIBC.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot technical issues with online banking, mobile banking, and other digital platforms - Educate customers on how to use CIBC's digital tools effectively - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on CIBC's products, services, and policies - Meet or exceed performance targets set by the company - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Basic knowledge of banking and financial services - Proficiency in using computers and digital tools - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
