Job Description:

Emerson Electric is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Support Specialist to work from home in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be resourceful, and have the ability to make decisions and negotiate effectively.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Update customer information in the database - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer support role - Strong communication skills - Reliable and resourceful - Ability to negotiate and make decisions independently - Proficient computer skills - High school diploma or equivalent required
