Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a part-time Support Specialist to work remotely from home in Toronto, Ontario. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is necessary, but candidates should possess a strong work ethic, adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product troubleshooting, account management, and order processing. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support to customers. 6. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance job performance.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not required. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Must have a dedicated home office space with reliable internet connection.
