Job Description - Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Support Specialist to join our team at Cablevision Systems. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers 3. Documenting customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system 4. Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex customer issues 5. Providing feedback to our product development team based on customer insights 6. Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions 4. Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities 5. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools 6. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
