Job Description - Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


Schneider Electric Canada is seeking a Support Specialist to work remotely from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be reliable, energetic, and possess strong presentation and strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Provide support to customers via phone, email, and live chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues - Contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures - Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions to customers - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
