Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Burlington Stores is seeking a Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders and processing payments - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Maintain a positive attitude and enthusiasm for helping customers

Requirements: - Energetic and reliable personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to work independently - Creative problem-solving abilities and strong decision-making skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in computer skills and web-based applications - Previous experience in customer service preferred - High school diploma or equivalent required
