Web Chat Assistant

Keyera Corp is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a similar role and possess a driven and resilient personality.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize decision-making skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Assist with strategic planning to optimize the web chat platform and improve customer satisfaction - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or web chat role - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong decision-making skills - Ability to engage in strategic planning - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency with online chat platforms and customer service software
