Remote Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

World Fuel Services is looking for a dedicated and confident Remote Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide support, answer questions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Analyze customer interactions to identify trends and provide constructive feedback for improvement - Demonstrate leadership skills by taking initiative to improve processes and the overall customer experience

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using web chat platforms and customer service software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Experience in a leadership role preferred
