Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

AbbVie is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or online support role. The Web Chat Assistant will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner through our web chat platform - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and reliable responses to customer inquiries

Requirements: - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Strong critical thinking skills - Innovative problem-solving abilities - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and other online communication tools - Knowledge of customer service best practices - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
