Web Chat Assistant

Job Description:

Costco is seeking a part-time Web Chat Assistant to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Web Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers online through our web chat platform. This role is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through web chat in a timely and efficient manner - Provide accurate information about Costco products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with orders, returns, and other inquiries - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when communicating with customers - Handle multiple chats simultaneously while maintaining quality customer service - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements: - Hardworking and energetic personality - Strong critical thinking and planning skills - Excellent written communication skills - Previous customer service experience is preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and using web chat platforms
