Job Description:

Laboratory Corp. of America is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Web Chat Assistant. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Toronto, Ontario, CA.

Responsibilities: - Assist customers through web chat with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general questions about our products and services - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery - Follow company guidelines and procedures to maintain quality standards

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred - Energetic and dedicated personality traits - Strong teamwork and persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and basic computer skills
