Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Web Chat Associate to join our team at Southern in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through web chat communication.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via web chat in a timely and professional manner - Address customer concerns and complaints with empathy and problem-solving skills - Assist customers in navigating our website and online services - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and effective communication with customers - Utilize analytical skills to identify trends and areas for improvement in customer support - Manage projects related to web chat support and customer service as assigned - Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the company's products and services

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions - Project management skills to effectively handle multiple tasks and deadlines - No prior experience required - we will provide training - Must be resourceful and dedicated to providing excellent customer service
