Web Chat Associate

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Web Chat Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position, the Web Chat Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support for our healthcare services. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of confidence and adaptability.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat to provide information and support regarding Genesis Healthcare services - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner - Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and accurate responses to customer queries - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or online chat support role - Confident and adaptable personality traits - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of healthcare services is a plus - Strong cooperation and strategic planning skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Excellent typing skills and proficiency with online chat platforms - High school diploma or equivalent
