Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Time Warner is seeking a talented and innovative Web Chat Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As a part-time Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our web chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via web chat 2. Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, technical support, and issue resolution 3. Communicate effectively and empathetically with customers to ensure a positive experience 4. Collaborate with other team members to address complex customer issues 5. Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers 7. Work independently and adapt to changes in workload and priorities

Requirements: 1. 4 years of relevant experience in customer service or a related field 2. Strong adaptability and independence in a fast-paced environment 3. Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills 4. Effective time management and organizational skills 5. Ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure 6. Proficiency in typing and online communication 7. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends 8. High school diploma or equivalent
