Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

Spectra Energy is seeking a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate for this role will be resourceful, driven, and possess excellent research and analysis skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers through web chat to provide assistance, answer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Utilize multiple systems and tools to accurately document customer interactions and provide solutions. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across all channels. 4. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer support experience. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 6. Meet and exceed performance targets related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. 7. Adapt to changing technology and processes to continuously improve customer service delivery.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Detail-oriented with a focus on providing accurate and timely responses to customers. 5. Proficient in using technology and various software applications. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Previous experience in a web chat customer service environment is preferred but not required.
