Web Chat Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Web Chat Associate to join our team at Manulife in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or sales role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and resilient, with strong presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service through web chat to assist customers with inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution - Utilizing sales techniques to promote products and services to customers - Maintaining accuracy and efficiency while multitasking in a fast-paced environment - Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improving knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to better assist customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or sales - Resourceful and resilient personality traits - Strong presentation and communication skills - Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure - Proficient in using web chat platforms and other customer service tools - Knowledge of insurance and financial products is an asset
