Web Chat Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Peter Kiewit Sons’ is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Chat Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis, with the potential for growth within the organization.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through web chat to provide information and assistance with their inquiries - Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner - Utilize web chat tools and systems to maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to customers - Collaborate with team members to improve web chat processes and customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company

Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong written communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Driven and energetic personality traits with a passion for customer service - Demonstrated leadership and emotional intelligence skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently - Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace to work from home - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
