Job Description:
As a Remote Web Chat Manager at Kohl’s, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the web chat team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in customer service and team management, preferably with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise a team of web chat representatives, ensuring a high level of customer service and professionalism. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of web chat operations. 3. Monitor chat interactions to ensure quality and accuracy of information provided to customers. 4. Provide coaching and feedback to team members to help them improve their performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience. 6. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.
