Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Precision Castparts is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, resilient, possess critical thinking skills, and excel in research.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage the company's web chat platform, ensuring prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Analyze web chat data and provide insights for continuous improvement of customer service. 3. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to maintain high quality service standards. 4. Develop strategies to optimize web chat performance and increase customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer support. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management. 7. Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 8. Monitor web chat performance metrics and report on key performance indicators.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. Proven experience in web chat management or similar customer service roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in chat platform software and CRM systems. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 7. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
