Job Description:

HRG Group is seeking a talented and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in web chat management, you will play a crucial role in managing our online customer interactions and ensuring a seamless experience for our users.

Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of web chat agents to provide exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our web chat operations. 3. Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in customer interactions. 4. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 5. Work closely with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and informative chat scripts. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. At least 7 years of experience in web chat management. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4.
