Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Precision Castparts is currently seeking a Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional with at least 8 years of experience in web chat management to take on a mid-to-senior level role.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the remote web chat system, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the web chat system, including training chat agents and implementing new tools and technologies. - Monitor chat performance metrics and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. - Act as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management or customer service. - Experience managing a team of chat agents, including training and performance management. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web chat software.
