Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Nature's Path Foods is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. We are looking for a talented individual with a Mid-to-Senior Level experience of 8 years in web chat management to help us provide exceptional customer service and support through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee the web chat platform, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer inquiries. 2. Train and mentor a team of web chat representatives to provide excellent customer service. 3. Monitor chat conversations for quality assurance and adherence to company policies. 4. Analyze chat data and provide insights to improve chat performance and customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide solutions. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management. 7. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the web chat process.

Requirements:

1. 8 years of experience in web chat management. 2. Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for customer service. 3. Strong analytical skills to analyze chat data and identify trends. 4. Innovative mindset to drive improvements in the web chat process. 5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Experience with chat software and customer service platforms. 7. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
