Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Devon Energy is seeking a talented and experienced Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec on a part-time basis. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our web chat operations remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Monitor and manage web chat communications to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction. 2. Train and supervise a team of web chat agents, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of web chat operations. 4. Analyze data and KPIs to track performance and make data-driven decisions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our web chat service. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 8. Utilize problem-solving skills to address technical issues and optimize customer interactions. 9. Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences, and make recommendations for improvement. 10. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. 2. Proven experience in managing web chat operations, preferably in a remote setting. 3. Strong communication and leadership skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Resilient and able to handle difficult situations with professionalism. 6. Proficiency in problem-solving and research. 7. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. 9.
