Remote Web Chat Manager

Regions Financial is seeking a part-time Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our web chat platform and ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to optimize the web chat platform for improved customer engagement and conversion rates - Monitor chat conversations and provide guidance to chat agents for effective communication and issue resolution - Analyze chat data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate chat into other customer service channels for a unified experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to enhance the web chat platform continuously - Train and onboard new chat agents to ensure consistency in service delivery - Regularly review chat agent performance and provide feedback for skill development - Manage escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Excellent written communication skills - Proven experience in managing web chat platforms - Proficiency in chat monitoring and analytics tools - Driven and confident personality traits - Strong planning and emotional intelligence skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment
