Job Description - Web Chat Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Dana Holding in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This part-time position is ideal for someone with mid-to-senior level experience in web chat management, with a minimum of 8 years in the field.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all web chat operations, ensuring timely and efficient communication with customers. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service through web chat platforms. 3. Train and supervise a team of web chat representatives to ensure quality service and consistency. 4. Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate web chat activities and support overall business objectives. 6. Continuously update and improve web chat processes to enhance customer experience.


Requirements: 1. Proven experience in web chat management. 2. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure. 3. Strong leadership and team management abilities. 4. Resilient and hardworking personality traits. 5. Attention to detail and strong time management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for web chat operations.
