Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

Clorox is seeking a part-time Web Chat Manager to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in web chat management. The ideal candidate will be resilient and energetic, with strong cooperation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage the online chat platform to provide excellent customer service and support - Monitor chat interactions and ensure prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Develop and implement strategies to optimize chat performance and customer satisfaction - Train and mentor chat agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Analyze chat data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company goals and initiatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of experience in web chat management or customer service - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in chat platforms and customer service software - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools - Knowledge of best practices in online customer service and chat management
