Remote Web Chat Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Remote Web Chat Manager to join our team at D.R. Horton in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in the field, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our web chat operations remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage and supervise a team of chat agents to ensure efficient and effective communication with customers. 2. Develop and implement chat strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales. 3. Monitor chat performance metrics and provide regular feedback to agents to optimize performance. 4. Train new chat agents on best practices and company policies. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and customer experience across all channels. 6. Handle escalated chat conversations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve chat operations. 8. Maintain confidentiality and secure customer information during chat interactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in web chat management or a related field. 2. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving abilities. 4. Proven track record of driving chat performance and customer satisfaction. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a global team. 6. Proficient in chat software and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
