Job Description:
As a Web Chat Manager at Tenet Healthcare, you will be responsible for overseeing the web chat operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This is a part-time role that allows you to work from the comfort of your home in Toronto, Ontario, CA. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced virtual environment.
Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor web chat conversations to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Train and supervise a team of web chat agents to provide exceptional customer service - Analyze chat data to identify trends and insights that can improve the overall customer experience - Collaborate with other departments to implement strategies that drive customer engagement and satisfaction - Utilize negotiation and decision-making skills to resolve customer issues and complaints effectively - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in web chat management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Strong communication and organizational skills - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems - Proven experience in managing a team of customer service agents - Strong negotiation and decision-making skills - Experience working in a remote environment
