Web Chat Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Web Chat Manager to join our team at Reinsurance Group of America. This position will be a part-time role, working from home in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, be independent, confident, creative, and possess high emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee all aspects of the web chat service, including monitoring chat conversations, providing guidance to chat representatives, and ensuring high-quality customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to increase chat efficiency and effectiveness. - Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a seamless transition between chat and other customer service channels. - Analyze chat data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions. - Train and onboard new chat representatives, providing ongoing support and feedback. - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in web chat management.

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in web chat management or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proven track record of driving results and improving processes. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
