Remote Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Toys “R” Us is seeking a Remote Web Chat Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a resilient and adaptable personality, as well as strong decision-making and time management skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via web chat to provide assistance, answer queries, and process orders - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and sales targets - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Proficiency in written communication and typing skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Strong decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet - Time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple chats simultaneously - Resilient and adaptable personality to handle challenging situations and customers
