Web Chat Officer

Job Description:

Textron is seeking a confident and passionate Web Chat Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level position, this part-time role requires a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in customer service and web chat support. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning skills and high emotional intelligence to effectively manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service through our online chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing real-time support through web chat 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department 3. Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of company products and services 4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer queries 5. Monitoring chat performance metrics and continuously improving chat efficiency and customer satisfaction 6. Providing feedback on common customer concerns to help improve product offerings and customer experience

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 2. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail 3. Previous experience in customer service and web chat support 4. Strategic planning skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism 6. Proficiency in using web chat software and other customer service tools 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
